Catalunya/Girona/Costa Brava holds a special place in my heart. During my time as an exchange student in Barcelona, I had the privilege of exploring the region with amazing friends who introduced me to its wonders. The culinary scene in Catalunya is absolutely phenomenal. In this area, culinary tourism was already a trend back then and has evolved tremendously since then. The variety of unique culinary experiences is truly outstanding! This region is the birthplace of both Cava and Vermouth, and I am eager for you to discover the up-and-coming wine regions of Priorat and Empordà!
Our Catalan Masia
Nestled in the countryside between the mountains and the ocean, our typical farmhouse boasts an enviable location. With a wonderful outdoor and indoor dining areas to host our long table dinners, you’ll experience magical evenings. The cottage offers a variety of amenities, including, a heated pool, a lovely garden, a piano, two living rooms, and several outdoor spaces to lounge and relax.

We are excited to showcase Girona/Catalunya/Costa Brava local culture though unique and immersive experiences. Here are a few activities we are looking to include to our Epicureans Itinerary.

Vermut time and visit of a historical Barcelona neighbourhood with a local guide

Visit to an olive oil farm for a tasting experience

Kayak or boat expedition in picturesque fisherman town of Cadaques

Visit to typical medieval villages with leisure time to explore

Workshop at a Cava winery - we will even make our own Cava!

Food Tour in Girona medieval town

Visit of an authentic goat cheese farm with a corky cheese aging cave

Scenic hike along the coastline to visit charming fisherman’s village for a delicious meal

Details
Your gourmet adventure includes:

Your accommodation at a the Luxurious Villa for 7 nights

Daily apero and 3 meals a day in local restaurants or at the Villa cooked by Anthony and/or our very own private Chef (1 or 2 lunches will be left to your discretions to allow for some private quality time)

Our Culinary Adventure will begin in Barcelona where there is an international airport and train station linking several European cities. Our Villa is based near Girona about 45minutes away from Barcelona. We will have our own private coach to take us from Barcelona to Girona and everywhere for the duration of our trip.
