With its rich gastronomic heritage and exceptional flavours, Crete offers a culinary experience like no other. One of the highlights of Cretan cuisine is its emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. From vibrant fruits and vegetables to fragrant herbs and aromatic olive oils, the flavours of Crete are lively and enticing. The island boasts olive groves aplenty, producing some of the finest extra virgin olive oils in the world! Little known in America, Greek wines are an exciting discovery. With its stunning landscapes, warm hospitality, and exceptional flavours, Crete truly embodies the essence of an Epicureans Culinary Adventure. It is a place where food becomes a journey, and every bite tells a story of Cretan traditions and centuries-old culinary wisdom.

Our Luxurious Greek Villa

Located on the mediterranean, with it's own private beach access, our villa exudes luxury and a well being state of mind. It is elegantly furnished with a modern beach vibe. Each of the 9 bedrooms have their own ensuite. The villa boast a gorgeous pool, a spa overlooking the sea, a double living room, a large kitchen and dinning room as well as luxurious amenities including a tennis court, a gym, a movie theater, an indoor pool, a dry sauna and a hammam! But our favorite features is the fabulous fully furnished outdoor kitchen with a breathtaking view of the ocean where we look forward to host all our long table dinners.

Activities

With so much to offer, I am excited to unveil Crete local culture though unique and immersive experiences. Here are a few activities we are looking to include to our Epicureans Itinerary.

Picnic in an ancient Olive Grove (3000 years old olive threes!) & Olive Oil Tasting

Hands on Cooking Class where you’ll discover the secrets of Greek & Cretan cuisine under the guidance of a skilled local chef.

Wineries Visits to explore the unique terroir and grape varieties of the region.

Visit and Meal at a Traditional Farm where will will discover the beehives, olive mill, raki distillery, wood burning ovens and feast on a harvest table lunch

Catamaran Cruise along the stunning coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
Sightseeing hiking trough stunning gorges and beaches to explore the beauty of the cretan land and coast.

Your gourmet adventure includes:

Your accommodation at our Luxurious Villa for 7 nights
Daily apero and 3 meals a day in local restaurants or at the Villa cooked by Anthony and/or our very own private Chef (2 lunches will be to your discretion to allow for some private quality time)

Our Culinary Adventure will begin in Heraklion where there is an airport and port to arrive and depart from. Our Villa is based near Rethymno about an hour away from Heraklion.
