Before founding Epicureans Co., we spent many years welcoming guests at our table. Val, a sommelier, and Anthony, a chef, owned and operated a beloved bistro before later opening a small boutique liquor store in the mountain town of Canmore, Canada. Food, wine, and hospitality have always been at the heart of what we do.

Epicureans Co. is the natural extension of that story.

More than a culinary travel company, it’s a love letter to the flavors, people, and places that have shaped our lives. Through it, we invite you to explore our favorite regions of Europe, where you’ll meet our friends and family and experience local culinary traditions in the most authentic way.

Joining us is Erin, a true Epicurean whose love for food, wine, and culture runs deep.With a background in culinary arts and cultural anthropology, and more than 15 years of guiding experience across the Bow Valley and Europe — having travelled to Europe over 60 times — Erin brings a rich historical perspective and warm hospitality to every journey.

Her passion for storytelling and deep curiosity about local traditions add another layer to our travels, helping bring the history, culture, and culinary heritage of each region vividly to life.

Together, we design thoughtfully curated Culinary Adventures rooted in passion, connection, and a genuine desire to discover local culture.

Whether sipping wine in a vineyard, learning to cook a regional specialty, or wandering through a medieval town, our goal is always the same: to help you experience the true spirit of a place while making you feel completely at home.

Gina is an archaeologist and art historian with over 20 years of experience as a professional tour guide across Spain & Europe. She spent her first ten years immersed in fieldwork and exhibition design, shaping and delivering immersive displays at some of Spain’s most visited museums. Originally from Barcelona, she brings a deep-rooted passion for the history, culture, and identity of her homeland, Catalonia, to every experience she designs and leads.

A natural storyteller, Gina has a talent for bringing the past to life with the kind of details you won’t find in guidebooks—those small, fascinating stories, local secrets, and unexpected twists that make each place unforgettable.A true epicurean at heart, she is deeply connected to the world of gastronomy. Gina knows not only the flavors of the region, but also the people behind them—producers, market vendors, chefs, and winemakers—giving her guests a genuine taste of local life.

In her free time, Gina loves to travel, wander through ruins and markets and chat with locals (not necessarily in that order), and enjoys live music and dancing. The Epicureans who have already traveled with her can happily confirm all of them. She can’t wait to meet you and share a few stories along the way!
